Packages


All packages can be negotiated to include onsite office visits and/or hours:

Long Term

Package includes basic human resources consulting on a retainer. Additional services available at a cost per hour.

Basic consulting includes: training, employee issues, coaching, policy review, strategic planning.

Examples of additional services: handbook creation, development of company specific training programs, policy development.

Short Term

Package is based on a per hour agreed upon rate. All human resources consulting services are included.

Project Based

Package is based upon an agreed flat rate. The project would include, but not be limited to, a specific service such as: handbook creation, development of specific training programs, and policy development.
